1. What is Sunshineonline?

Sunshineonline is a new shopping experience brought to you by Sunshine Group. Now you can shop online for a variety of goods ranging from cosmetics, skincare and fashion to your daily necessities, all from the comfort of your home. Simply select what you want online, make your payment and we will handle the rest. 

2. How do I get started?

All Sunshineonline shoppers must register an account with us to make purchases. To register, enter your name, email address, and password. Your email address will function as your username each time you log in. Alternatively, you can login via your Facebook account to automatically join us as our member. The first time you make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your details. This information will be retained in your account, making all subsequent check outs fast and easy. 3. What are the prices like for products sold in Sunshineonline?

 

As one of Penang’s leading grocery retailer, we aim to be competitive in the online retail business. Do visit Sunshineonline frequently to find out the latest promotional and special offers available for you.

Please note: Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Sunshineonline, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order invoice as well as in your delivery confirmation.

4. Is there any minimum purchase?

No. However, please note that there will be a delivery charge of RM10 if your order is less than RM150. 

5. Are there any delivery charges? Which postal zones do Sunshineonline deliver to?

 

 

There will be no delivery charges for purchases of RM150 and above in a single transaction. For purchases below RM150, a delivery fee of RM10 will be charged.We currently deliver to selected zones within Penang Island.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

6. What will happen to my order if no one is at home during the time of delivery?

A note will be placed on your doorstep or in your mailbox if is no one is there to receive the items during the time of delivery. Your order will then sent back to us. You may call the Sunshine Online Hotline to arrange for a new delivery time. Kindly note that a surcharge of RM10 will be imposed for every re-delivery.

7. What should I do if my items have not arrived yet?

 

Depending on the products you have purchased, kindly allow at least 2-14 working days for your order to arrive. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or through the Sunshineonline Hotline. 

8. What are the payment methods currently accepted by Sunshineonline?

Sunshineonline accepts Visa and Master Card, as well as payment via FPX (internet transfers).

9. Will Sunshineonline keep a record of my previous purchases?

Yes, you can view your previous purchases in the order history page located in your Sunshineonline account. 

10. Will my credit card/payment information be saved in Sunshineonline?

 

Sunshineonline does not retain any of your credit information once your order is completed. Please be assured that with each purchase, your credit information is secure. 

11. How do I return my purchases?

You can contact the Sunshineonline Hotline within 7 working days upon receiving your order. Please note that no disputes will be entertained after 7 working days. For more information, please visit here
