Return & Exchange

All products purchased from Sunshine Online are delivered on a “First Order, First Serve” basis.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count goods purchased upon delivery by Sunshine Online Delivery Crew.

All returns or exchanges for any goods purchased must be returned to us by contacting Sunshine Online Customer Care at 04-6434900; within 7 working days upon receiving the products ordered. No further disputes will be entertained after 7 working days.
 

Order returns and exchanges only applicable for the following circumstances:

1. Product Malfunction;
2. Manufacturing Defects;
3. Clothing Sizes (subject to availability; all undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons)

 

For confirmed cases of returns or exchanges, the following options will be offered:

1. Product exchange

  • Exchange with other product listed in Sunshine Online;
  • If the value of the new product chosen exceeds the amount of the original purchased product, the difference thereof should be paid by the customer;
  • If the value of the new product is lesser than the amount of the original purchased product, then the difference thereof will be converted into an e-coupon, which will be sent to the customer's registered email account.


2. Convert value of product to e-coupon

  • Paid amount for the purchased product will be converted to e-coupon, which can be fully redeemed during future orders from Sunshine Online;
  • The e-coupon will be sent to the customer's registered email account.
